We hold a weekly youth meeting for youth ages 10-18. At our weekly meetings, we have a time of prayer and praise and worship, and spend time reading and studying God’s Word. We try to make the Word exciting for the youth and show them how God’s Word can relate to their lives. The lessons are very interactive and get the youth involved in ways that they will remember what is being taught. We have studied topics such as prayer, the Ten Commandments, finding self worth, and Creation. As we study topics, we learn how we can apply them to our lives now. In addition to the weekly meetings, we have fun fellowship events every month. We go bowling, roller-skating, watch wholesome movies, and do many other fun activities. Youth are encouraged to invite their friends to youth group and to be involved in outreach activities.

Topic This Month:Learning to live a life full of passion for Christ. Understanding why the Bible places importance on living sold out to Christ.

Next Month:Our youth group has been going through an amazing change.  We have seen and felt the anointing of God in wonderful ways. We are having youth who are praying for each other, who are dedicating their lives to reaching their peers, and who are hungering for God. We have had prayer and worship. To see the youth coming to youth group expecting God to move on their hearts is awesome! God is doing great and amazing things in our youth!
