Children’s Ministries

Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 19:14

Programs for infants and children up to age 10 are available during all of our services so that children can be learning about Jesus on their own level while parents are in the sanctuary. Our Little Lambs Nursery serves children newborn through four years of age, and Kingdom Kids (Elevate Kids on Wednesdays) is geared towards 4 to 10 year olds. The fourth year is a transition year, and parents can place their children in whichever program they feel best meets the needs of their child. All volunteers undergo a state-mandated background check prior to working with the children.

Little Lambs Nursery

Our nursery provides a loving and compassionate environment for children from birth to four years old. Caring volunteers minister to the whole child–spirit, soul, and body–by praying for them, laying hands on them, singing to them, reading to them, teaching them about Jesus, getting down on their level to play with them, and attending to their physical needs. The nursery workers will send for you if you child has need of you.

Kingdom Kids Children’s Church

We take very seriously the call to bring children into a close relationship with their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Children learn about God through Old and New Testament Bible stories, devotions, and memory verses. Lessons are further reinforced through crafts, songs, and games, resulting in a fun and memorable experience for your children. The curriculum is prepared by our Children’s Pastor, who, in addition to teaching, also trains and assists other spiritually-mature volunteer teachers.
